Our slightly wild friends from Marseille buy this parcel of grapes from the village of Aze in the south of Burgundy and age it in their cellars until they feel it is ready for release. It has an intense ruby colour, with an elegant nose of wild red berries. The wine has a smooth palate. The structure is complex with ripe tannin and a long finish full of finesse and freshness.
